As a Business System Analyst, you will be leading different projects and supporting the different Salesforce clouds.

You will work closely with the business department to support their growing business processes.

You will be part of growing IT department, that lead strategic projects in the company.

• Manage full CRM processes/projects, across different salesforce clouds
• Write Design documents for processes and integration
• Work with business department to collect all business requirements
• Support system users
• Manage project tasks and resources

•  Experience with Multi Cloud Salesforce configuration (Core, Marketing Cloud, Commerce)
• 1+ years experience as a business system analyst/ project manager.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into solution design and implementation
•  Good understanding of business processes
• Experience in Salesforce Administration and Configuration
• Strong background with Lightning Flows
• Fluent English
