As a CRM System Analyst TL, you will be leading a team that responsible to provide scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform and other related platforms, that will help our business to grow.
You will be part of growing IT department, that lead strategic projects in the company.
- Lead a team of Analysts – As team leader you will need to lead a team that responsible for different customer management systems
- Manage full CRM processes/projects, across different systems and clouds
- Write Design documents for processes and integration
- Work with business department to collect all business requirements
- Support system users
- Manage project tasks and resources
- 4+ years experience as a system analyst/ project manager
- Experience in leading salesforce teams
- Experience with Multi Cloud Salesforce configuration (Core, Marketing Cloud, Commerce)
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into solution design and implementation
- 2+ years experience in managing big projects and development lifecycle
- Good understanding of business processes
- Fluent English
