Customers Success team is the B2B pre/post-sales support. The team support direct distributors & product experts in subsidiaries with all product aspects. Our CS team is responsible for B2B customers complaint, training and Knowledge and after sales service processes.
Our goal is to make sure our company's external customers' experience is not less than Exceptional.
The CS team is committed to creating Maytronics' s Exceptional Experience to our B2B partners. Members of the team work closely with business stakeholders, Product team and Sales operation to provide B2B customer's needs.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in customer success (B2B)
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience
- Working with global marketing teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and conduct people in a multi dimension matrix based organization
- Presentation skills
- Excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills
