Maytronics is a global company, a world leader in the pool cleaner’s industry.

We are looking for a Digital Product Owner to join our growing product team.

As a product owner of the B2B digital area, you will be a part of building and managing impactful & innovative products to ensure relevancy and keeping the leadership of Maytronics in the market.

• Work collaboratively with UX/UI experts, R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to define market needs, support business growth, and identify technologies to build the new generation of products.
• Work with web developers in-house and/or external vendors to execute the business specifications.
• Deliver PRDs, product specifications with prioritized options, and associated technical justification.
• Own the product backlog and drive execution through engineering throughout the product life cycle.

• Experience with developing new technology web based and app products through innovative ideas, research, and market analysis
• Prioritization skills and the ability to break down complex problems into small pieces that can drive impact
• Data-driven and experienced using analytics to inform product strategy and tactics
• Past experience with global industrial product companies. Acquaintance with B2B and B2C2B business models.
• Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent experience is required
• Minimum 2 years previous experience as a Product Manager/Owner
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• A proven experience overseeing the development, implementation, and performance of Mobile/Digital products required
• Experience with IoT technology or manufactured products – an advantage
• Experience in implementing analytics tools and defining the analytics measurements required for new features performance in the market
• Excellent communication skills, eloquent in English both oral and written. 
• Experience with Salesforce, React native and mobile apps – a plus
