- Managing engineering projects simultaneously from A to Z, including automation projects, Using a PM tool.
- Synchronization between different functional units within the company.
- Matrix management, coping in a multi-tasking environment.
- Pricing engineering projects, preparing ROI and leading investment committees.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Industrial Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in integrating and analyzing data into a complete picture for decision making.
- Knowledge and experience in pricing projects.
- Experience in leading new processes.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Familiarity with the Agile environment.
- Extensive knowledge in Excel.
- Experience working in large organizations, with an emphasis on global operating companies.
