Description

The Expansion Program Manager will be accountable for project delivery including scope, schedule, quality, and budget. S/he is expected to work closely with cross-functional managers and teams to ensure projects execution plans align with current strategies, expectations and have sufficient budget and resources for successful execution:

  • Coordinate, lead and plan essential central services.
  • Design facilities, operating structures - writing programs, preparing an economic plan, signing out for tenders, and managing facility planning. 
  • Planning and architectural approaches to licensing authorities. Responsibility for the delivery of the project, management of internal enterprise interfaces and operational contractors.
  • Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent. PMP certification - an advantage.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a Program Management role in Supply Chain Expansion Programs.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and navigating matrixed teams and resources.
  • Experience in negotiation and working with third party contractors and vendors. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, negotiate options and leading tender committee at management levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
