Description
  • Maytronics is looking for a passionate Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR Department and lead our excellent TA team.
  • The Global TA Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies to help attract and hire our future Talent in the different sites of the Company in Israel, and in the Commercial Subsidiaries in Europe, U.S.A and Australia.
  • The TA Manager's responsibilities include managing a large team of TA professionals and crafting sourcing strategies for various roles, from entry to executive-level positions.
  • Responsibilities:
  •  Manage and develop the TA team, build strong relationships with hiring and executive teams to ensure best practices
  • Organize, plan and manage the entire life cycle of recruitment from sourcing candidates to on-boarding, utilizing the budgeted resources to deliver consistent and timely results
  • Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns, to enable the recruitment of top-notch candidates for all positions
  • Define, design and implement recruiting programs for a variety of recruiting positions including mapping the talent landscape, internal referrals, employer branding campaigns and more
  • Partner with the HR team to help build, strengthen and develop best practices and cohesion between recruiting functions and HRBPs
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Psychology/HR or any other relevant field
  • 6-8 years' experience as a senior-level global recruiter, with at least 3 years of leading experience in global companies
  •  Knowledge of employment/labor laws and legislation  
  • Experience in building and coaching high performing TA teams
  •  Abilities to create, drive, and evolve a global proactive TA strategy that anticipates the business priorities and needs as the Company grows in scale and efficiency
  • Experience in developing and executing global projects such as sourcing outside of Israel and relocations.
  • Experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Experience in communicating and working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages – An advantage
