We are looking for a talented Strategy and business development specialist to join our Customer Experience group.
As a Strategy and business development specialist, you will have the opportunity to reshape the future of Maytronics by driving impactful & innovative business initiatives to ensure our leadership in the years to come.
- Generate new-business opportunities by studying activity of relevant players, managing internal-company discovery process, and interacting with customers and partners.
- Lead prioritization and focus processes by analysis of risk-reward and implications of the opportunities on Maytronics’ products, IT, processes etc.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap.
- Plan and execute pilots to validate and test new-business initiatives and support its scale-up and its implementation in the Maytronics on-going business.
- Own the field of strategic competitive landscape analysis, understand potential implications on Maytronics, drive recommendations and present in the relevant forums.
- Lead the formulation and implementation of go-to-market strategy of relevant components in Maytronics offering including planning and execution of beta and launch facilitation
- Act as a key contributor in different strategic planning and analysis processes.
- Significant proven experience as a product marketing or program management in an international company.
- Significant proven experience in business development.
- Familiarity with business strategy concepts.
- Background in quantitative analysis, business intelligence, financial modeling & market research.
- Experience with IOT technology & manufactured consumer goods – an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, eloquent in English both oral and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce -advantage.
