Description
- Own end to end recruitment processes including sourcing, CVs screening, in-depth interviews as well as ensuring a great candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals and develop recruiting strategies
- Source qualified candidates from various channels, build and maintain pipelines of exceptional candidates for future opportunities
- Promote Maytronics in social media and other networking platforms
- Actively contribute to the recruitment team, assisting with setting standards, best practices, and creative recruitment projects
Requirements
- BA/MA Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Communications or related fields
- 2+ years of experience as a technical recruiter
- Experienced in managing recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, and closing offers independently
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining strong working partnerships with hiring managers, specifically building trust and gaining credibility.
- Familiarity with recruitment nuances and trends
- Ability to work well with others as a team player
- Strong communication skills and high level of English (both written and Oral)
