- Sourcing passive talents through referrals, networking, and other sourcing tools, such as Linkedin, community forums, Facebook, etc.
- Hunting great talents and making those incredible matches between the applicant and Maytronics
- Telling the story of Maytronics and driving applicants to make their next career move
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to help them build pipelines for different roles while creating a great candidate experience
- Maintaining deep relationships with potential candidates
- Enrich our careers page and social media accounts
- Develop content that illustrates our life at work (for example, blog posts, videos and infographics)
- Share job ads on various online channels (job boards, social media groups, professional communities)
- B.A in Social Science / Behavioral Science or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in technological Sourcing, preferably from a semi-conductor/high-tech/startup company
- Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases ,Boolean searches and social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
- Experience in creating talent and market maps to drive sourcing strategies
- Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English both verbal and written
